Emma Tan Jul 4, 2026 4 min read

For over a century, KitchenAid has been a staple in kitchens around the world, known for its stunning designs and top-notch appliances. With the introduction of their new Go Cordless line, these appliances are set to become even more essential in our daily cooking routines.

This exciting new range includes six cordless appliances: a hand mixer, hand blender, food chopper, personal blender, coffee grinder, and kitchen vacuum. Each of these stylish tools operates on a single, removable, rechargeable 12 Volt battery, making them incredibly convenient.

Imagine the ease of working without tangled cords or being tethered to an outlet. You can easily take the food chopper outside for a barbecue, blend smoothies at work, grind coffee in your office, or use any of these appliances wherever and whenever you need them.

Our team is thrilled to explore KitchenAid's chic appliances (testing is already in the works). Historically, their corded appliances have been among the best in hand mixers, coffee gadgets, and personal blenders. With the newfound portability and versatility of the Go Cordless line, the days of relying on kitchen outlets may soon be behind us.

What is the Go Cordless Line by KitchenAid?

The Go Cordless system has been designed to tackle all your cooking and baking tasks without the need for a plug. Each sleek, matte black appliance is powered by the same rechargeable battery, allowing you to easily interchange it between the hand mixer, portable blender, food chopper, immersion blender, coffee grinder, and kitchen vacuum.

The lithium-ion battery comes with a USB-C charging cable and features an indicator light that shows when it needs to be charged and when it's fully charged. On a full charge, the battery provides up to three hours of operation.

Here's a closer look at what each appliance in the range can do:

KitchenAid Go Cordless hand mixer

Hand Mixer

KitchenAid's hand mixers have long been recognized as some of the finest available, and this new cordless version is no exception. Featuring a soft start function that gradually increases speed to prevent splattering, it includes seven settings and is dishwasher safe for easy clean-up.

KitchenAid Go Cordless immersion blender

Immersion Blender

KitchenAid's immersion blenders have always impressed, and this cordless model is likely to continue that trend. Its ergonomic handle provides comfort during use, and the variable speed trigger allows for precise blending. It's also dishwasher safe and comes with various attachments like whisk, chopper, and blade.

KitchenAid Go Cordless Food Chopper

Food Chopper

This essential tool is perfect for making mayonnaise, vinaigrettes, dips, and much more. The blades and whisking attachments can be neatly stored in the bowl, making it an ideal choice for smaller kitchens.

KitchenAid Go Cordless personal blender

Personal Blender

This 16 oz personal blender is perfect for smoothies on the go. Its four asymmetric blade bends create a vortex effect, ensuring your drinks are perfectly blended. Plus, it includes a travel lid so you can use it as a cup.

KitchenAid Go Cordless coffee grinder

Coffee Grinder

KitchenAid's coffee line has always impressed me, and this cordless grinder is no different. It's perfect for grinding fresh coffee beans whether you're at the office, on vacation, or traveling. It also features a secure lid for storing your beans.

KitchenAid Go Cordless kitchen vacuum

Kitchen Vacuum

If you haven't invested in a kitchen vacuum yet, now is the time. This tool is ideal for collecting crumbs and spills in tight spaces around your kitchen. It comes with a 2-in-1 reversible angle attachment that allows for wide-mouth suction or scraping. Once you're done, it can be conveniently stored away.

Where to Purchase the KitchenAid Go Cordless Line?

The entire Go Cordless line, including batteries, is available on KitchenAid's website, making it the most convenient place to purchase all items at once. You can also find these appliances on Amazon and at various retailers, where you might discover some discounts, but for a complete selection, KitchenAid's website is the best option.

Are Cordless Kitchen Appliances Worth It?

The Go Cordless line from KitchenAid features some of the most practical appliances for on-the-go use. With the freedom from plug sockets and cords, you can easily maneuver around the kitchen. For instance, if you're cooking soup and there's no outlet nearby, you can use the immersion blender directly in the pot. Likewise, if you want to whip cream on an island that lacks an outlet, the hand mixer or food chopper can be utilized without any hassle.
