Order Processing and Delivery
Orders placed after 12pm PST/3pm EST will be processed the following business day. We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
For orders exceeding $100, we offer free Economy Shipping, applied automatically at checkout—no code necessary. This offer applies only to the 48 contiguous states. If you need faster delivery, you can choose an expedited option for an extra charge. Note that free shipping is not available for international orders. Terms may change without notice.
For orders totaling over $500, a signature will be required for delivery, prior to applying any discounts or coupon codes. This policy ensures packages reach the intended recipients securely.
International Shipping
International customers can utilize FedEx Economy shipping for a flat fee of $30.00. Be aware that international shipments typically take 7-14 business days from the shipping date. All international orders are final sales.
Customs and Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, and taxes on international orders. Canadian customers should note they are liable for any import duties and taxes upon arrival in their country.
Payment Methods
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and After Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
