To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and include all original tags. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Before returning an item, please contact our returns department by completing the return form below, explaining your reason for the return.
We'll provide instructions for returning your item. A full refund or store credit, minus original shipping and insurance charges, will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of shipment, provided they remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Many of our garments are machine washable for easy care, but items that have been washed cannot be returned. Our products are designed to maintain their shape and support, ensuring lasting quality.
Returns received after 30 days won't qualify for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a defective product is received, notify us within three business days to receive a prepaid return label. All returns must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Please note, shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility.
We also offer exchanges on any item, though customers must cover return shipping for exchanges. We do not charge for shipping the new item when it's sent back to you.
FINAL SALE POLICY
Final sale items are not eligible for refunds. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page. Please do not return final sale items, as they will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued only for items that meet our return policy; other exceptions will result in merchandise credit.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY FOR SLEEPWEAR
We're thrilled to be your destination for gifts! If you're not completely satisfied with a holiday purchase, most items can be returned by mail within 60 days of purchase. For items bought starting December 1st, most products will be accepted for return until Jan. 31. Below are conditions for the 60-day policy.
